Drum Wood Chipper Description:

BX drump chipper is suitable for chipping particle board, density beaverboard, wood fiber board, widely used in paper-making factory, power plant and industrol boileretc.

Wood Chipping Machine chips the raw material into small chips, these chips are raw material of chipboard, density beaverboard and wood fiber board, also could be burning material as sort of fuel.



Drum Wood Chipper Working Principle:

The wood by the feed inlet into the chipper, when wood contact with the cutting blades, the wood will be followed with the high speed rotating chipper disk to cut, All the wood chips after chipping will be send out with high speed airstream produced by chipper disk impeller in chipping chamber.

Main structure: drum wood chipper consists of body, knife roller, top and bottom feeding device, conveying device, hydraulic system etc.

Drum wood chipper frame is made of high strength steel plate welding, it is the supporting base of drum wood chipper; two fly knife is installed on knife roller, the knife adopts specially designed fly knife bolts, through pressure slider, fly knife is fixed on the knife roller. According to the different thickness of the cutting material, the upper feeding roller assembly can use hydraulic system to float up or down in a certain range.

The qualified wood chips material will drop down through screen mesh, then discharge out from the bottom, large size chips material will be return into the machine cutting again.
