Impact crusher principle:
This machine crushes materials with impact force.
1)When the materials get into the area where the bow bar plays, they are crushed due to high speed impact of blow bar and are thrown to the impact plate on the rotor for secondary crush.
2)Then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush.
3)The materials from large to small get into the impact cavity for being crushed repeatedly.
4)The process is going on until the materials are crushed to the required sizes and then discharged from down part of the machine.
