The artificial sand making machine sand maker of our company R & D uses centrifugal force of rotor in high speed rotating to hit material that enters cavity on ring lining plate after the material is threw out by up and down runner plates to form material crush. The blended crushed material is transported to vibrating screen through belt conveyor, then it will be screened and classified by vibrating screen, satisfactory finished products will be transported to finished by vibrating screen. The finished product is transported to the finished products pile by finished product belt conveyor. The unsatisfactory material will be returned to sand making machine (sand maker) to be crushed again by returning belt conveyor, which will become closed circulation system.
