Working principle of charcoal briquette press machine
1. Through reducer, charcoal ball machine simultaneously transmitted the power to
two pressure rollers and made them rotated in opposite directions.

2. In two pressure rollers rotation, materials naturally enter into the ball molds on
pressure roller and materials pressure vary from small to large with the rotation of the pressure roller.

3. When the material is rotated to two rollers line contact points, materials pressure has reached a peak.

4. Under enormous pressure, the powder materials are suppressed into finished ball

The Structure main equipment of this briquetting press production line
1).Feeding system:
ration feeding and ensure the iron powder go into the machine evenly.

2).Matched electric motor:
electromagnetic speed regulation motor. It can maintain the constant feeding
pressure to make sure the stable quality of outlet briquettes when the feeding
efficiency of conveyor feeder is equal to the required amount of iron powder of main machine.

3).Transmission system:
motor, V-belt, reduction gear, exposed gear and rollers.

4).If the machine is hydraulic type:
Hydraulic protection device: when the machine working, the hydraulic pump drives
the high pressure oil into the hydraulic cylinder to make the pistion axial
displacement. Then the front connector of pistion rod will be on the bearing block,
which can meet the requirements of production pressure.
